Obtaining Service<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

When making a warranty claim, please have the original bill of purchase with purchase date available. Once confirmed that your appliance is eligible for warranty service, all repairs will be performed by a First Metropolis Corp\u2122 authorized repair facility. The purchaser will be responsible for any removal or transportation costs. Replacement parts and\/or units will be new, re-manufactured or refurbished and is subject to the manufacturer’s discretion.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Warranty\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

If you are making a warranty claim, please have the original bill of purchase with purchase date available. Once confirmed that your appliance is eligible for warranty service, all repairs will be performed by a First Metropolis Corp\u2122 authorized repair facility. The purchaser will be responsible for any removal or transportation costs. Replacement parts and\/or units will be new, re-manufactured or refurbished and is subject to the manufacturer’s discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Claims:<\/strong> Unless otherwise stated in your product’s manual, your unit is protected by a manufacturer’s limited warranty for one year from the original date of purchase. During this time, the manufacturer will repair or replace any parts of this appliance that prove to be defective in materials and workmanship, provided the appliance has been used under normal operating conditions as intended by the manufacturer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Warranty Terms:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

During the first year, any components of this appliance found to be defective due to materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced, at the manufacturer’s discretion, at no charge to the original purchaser. The purchaser will be responsible for any removal or transportation costs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We recommend that you keep the packaging your product arrived in so that you have the required packaging available in the event of a return.<\/span><\/p>\n

Warranty Exclusions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The warranty will not apply if damage is caused by any of the following:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Damage in transit or when moving the appliance\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Improper power supply such as low voltage, defective household wiring or inadequate fuses\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Accident, alteration, misuse or abuse of the appliance such as using non-approved accessories, inadequate air circulation in the room or abnormal operating conditions (extreme temperatures)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Use in commercial or industrial applications<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Fire, water damage, theft, war, riot, hostility or acts of God such as hurricanes, floods, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Use of force or damage caused by external influences<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Partially or completely dismantled appliances<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Uso en aplicaciones comerciales o industriales<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Incendio, da\u00f1os causados \u200b\u200bpor el agua, robo, guerra, disturbios, hostilidad o actos de Dios tales como huracanes, inundaciones, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Uso de fuerza o da\u00f1o causado por influencias externas<\/span><\/li>\n
