At First Metropolis Corp. we want you to love what you buy! But if you don’t or if the item is unsuitable, we offer a simple \u00abNo Hassle Returns\u00bb policy. The product you return must be in new, unassembled and unused condition and in the original packaging.\u00a0<\/span>Customer satisfaction is our goal, so we kindly ask that you return your purchase the same way you received it to ensure a hassle free refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

Guaranteed Refunds<\/strong><\/span>
\n At FMC we are happy to offer a refund if the product is unsuitable within 30 days of receipt.<\/span><\/p>\n

FREE Return Shipping<\/strong><\/span>
\n We are delighted to offer customers who have purchased an item under 80 lbs FREE return shipping.<\/span><\/p>\n

Restocking Fees<\/strong><\/span>
\n We only charge a restocking fee of 15%\u00a0for items over 80 lbs. For any items under 80 lbs we don’t charge any restocking fess.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

THINGS TO BE AWARE OFF…\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>
\n We would kindly ask that you include your packing note and complete the returns form so we can process your return efficiently.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Following an inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We promise to process all returns as soon as possible. You should be aware that it can take several days for a bank to show this credit. If you have not received your refund into your account after 10 working days, please contact our\u00a0customer service\u00a0<\/strong>or call +(1) 877-708-7887.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please keep the following in mind when preparing your purchase for return:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Place the provided prepaid shipping label on the package.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Give the package to your local carrier or drop it off at any carrier location.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • If your purchase does not include a return slip it may cause delays during the refund procedure.<\/span><\/li>\n

    • The returned item is missing parts or the original products packaging.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The returned item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The item being returned has been obviously heavily used (such as lime scale buildup in a water cooler).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The item being returned has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

El producto devuelto debe estar en estado nuevo, sin montar y sin usar y en el embalaje original. La satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente es nuestra meta, por lo que le pedimos que devuelva su compra de la misma manera que recibi\u00f3 para garantizar un reembolso sin problemas.<\/span><\/p>\n

      En FMC estamos felices de ofrecer un reembolso si el producto no es adecuado dentro de los 30 d\u00edas de su recepci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Costo de Reembolsos<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Cargamos solamente una tarifa de reposici\u00f3n de existencias del 15% para los art\u00edculos sobre 80 libras. Para cualquier art\u00edculo bajo 80 libras no cargamos ninguna fess de la reposici\u00f3n de existencias.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Le rogamos que incluya su nota de embalaje y complete el formulario de devoluciones para poder procesar su declaraci\u00f3n de manera eficiente.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Despu\u00e9s de una inspecci\u00f3n se enviar\u00e1 un correo electr\u00f3nico confirmando la recepci\u00f3n y se le reembolsar\u00e1 el importe debido a trav\u00e9s del m\u00e9todo de pago original, excluyendo los gastos de env\u00edo originales.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Nos comprometemos a procesar todas las devoluciones lo antes posible. Debe tener en cuenta que puede tomar varios d\u00edas para que un banco muestre este cr\u00e9dito.         • El art\u00edculo devuelto se da\u00f1\u00f3 durante el env\u00edo de devoluci\u00f3n debido a un embalaje inadecuado o insuficiente.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • El art\u00edculo que se devuelve ha sido obviamente muy utilizado (como la acumulaci\u00f3n de cal en un enfriador de agua).<\/span><\/li>\n
